Note that the Open RN brand, textbooks, and related resources will all be maintained and sustained through WisTech Open. General Updates

• 📘 Nursing Management and Professional Concepts: Published on Pressbooks April 1, 2022. Adopted by thirteen colleges for Spring and Summer 2022.
  Print edition: Available via XanEdu, Amazon, and college bookstores by August 2022.
• 🧠 Nursing Mental Health and Community Concepts: Completed development and is piloting in Summer 2022. Over 100 national reviewers are participating.
  e-Book Release: August 2022 for Fall courses
  Print Release: January 2023 via XanEdu
• 🌍 Reach & Impact: As of June 1, 2022:
  • Over 3.5 million e-book page views
  • More than 1.3 million international users
  • Users from 598+ colleges downloaded free PDFs via XanEdu
• 🖥️ Virtual Reality Development: Faculty are developing OB-focused VR simulations using the new Acadicus OB simulator.
• 🧪 Next Gen RN Assessment Platform: $500,000 WTCS grant supports a new software platform to create NCLEX Next Gen-style formative assessments.
