General WisTech Open updates, as well as updates from each of their respective editors, for the third quarter can be found below. Note that the Open RN brand, textbooks, and related resources will all be maintained and sustained through WisTech Open. General Updates

• 🏆 Award Recognition:
  The Open RN Nursing Fundamentals and Nursing Skills textbooks were co-winners of the “Best OER” international award from OE Global.
• 🌐 Global Reach:
  As of this month, Open RN e-books have reached over 1.8 million page views by more than 620,000 international users.
• 📘 Textbook Adoption:
  In addition to 11 Wisconsin Technical Colleges, twelve national and international nursing programs have adopted one or more Open RN textbooks.
• 📝 Management and Professional Concepts Textbook:
  More than 110 individuals registered to review the Management and Professional Concepts textbook. After the review period concludes on January 19th and revisions are made, the e-book is expected to publish ahead of schedule in Spring 2022.
• 🎮 Virtual Simulations:
  Positive feedback continues for Open RN’s interactive virtual simulations developed in H5P. A total of 20 simulations have been released under a CC BY license, with 5 additional simulations in development.
