Cynde Larsen

Cynde Larsen is the Chief Academic Officer at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.  A former 12-year WTCS Nursing faculty member, she has seen the power of open educational resources (OER) to transform the educational experience. Cynde is a strong supporter of OER as a lever for student success—reducing cost barriers, improving equity, and strengthening instructional quality across programs. Her interest in WisTech Open Education centers on building sustainable OER policy frameworks that support student learning, credential attainment, and post-graduation success.
