Kirsten Holbrook, BA, RRT, RRT-ACCS, is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator with a strong background in respiratory therapy. A 2012 graduate of the CVTC Respiratory Therapy Program, she spent 13.5 years as a staff therapist at Mayo Clinic Health System, including five years as a supervisor. Currently, she serves as an Instructor and Director of Clinical Education for the Respiratory Therapy Program at CVTC, where she is committed to student success.

In addition to her clinical and teaching experience, Kirsten is an accomplished author and developing editor for the Respiratory OER workbook. She is also a published researcher, contributing valuable insights to the field of respiratory therapy.
Her expertise and leadership in respiratory therapy education continue to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Outside of her professional life, Kirsten has been married for 24 years to her husband, Travis, a Captain for the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Department. Together, they have one daughter and two dogs. They enjoy camping at their camper in Hayward, boating, and traveling.
