Kristina Topness

Kristina has been working as an Instructional Design since November 2021, partnering with faculty on curriculum development and course design initiatives. She especially values collaborating on curriculum projects and supporting instructors as they grow in confidence and expertise. Prior to transitioning into instructional design, Kristina spent 11 years teaching elementary school, where she developed a strong foundation in pedagogy, curriculum, and student engagement. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and earned a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Marian University.
