Beth has been teaching Legal Studies/Paralegal at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College for over 25 years. A proud graduate of UW-Eau Claire (B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude) and Wisconsin Law School (Juris Doctor, cum laude), she is deeply committed to advancing student success—particularly through efforts that promote educational access and affordability. As Lead Faculty at NWTC, Beth has championed the adoption of innovative technologies and teaching methods, while also serving as a key faculty voice in shaping institutional policies and strategic direction. In addition to her leadership in the classroom, Beth has authored several Open Educational Resources (OER) and actively embraces both synchronous and asynchronous remote learning formats. Her teaching philosophy centers on making complex legal concepts relatable, understandable—and yes, even fun—for all learners.
