Bio
Elizabeth Christman is a skilled nursing educator with a background in critical care nursing and higher education. She obtained her DNP from Liberty University, an MSN in Nursing Education from UW-Eau Claire, and a BSN from UW-Eau Claire. She is certified as a Nurse Educator (CNE) through the National League for Nursing (NLN). She has extensive experience in nursing and education, having worked as an educator in both technical college and university systems. She has held faculty and leadership positions at various institutions, contributing to curriculum development, program accreditation, clinical and didactic instruction, student mentorship, and faculty support.
Her special interests include service and experiential learning, nursing research, the integration of emerging technologies in education—including virtual and augmented reality for simulation-based learning—student support initiatives, and mentorship. She is particularly passionate about improving equity in higher education access and enhancing healthcare outcomes through education and innovation.
